The folks at Mark Downs were very helpful with my order. While you could order from big box, I felt like they offered me a better deal and thought about what I was ordering and how it fits in the space.

I have been buying furniture for call centers for over 25 years. David M. was the first sales rep ever to take the time to explain all the features of the chairs and demonstrate all their many adjustments. This taught me things I never knew and made the chairs we were looking at suitable for more applications than we first thought. Can't wait to receive our new chairs. David is a sales superstar!

Needed a few chairs for new office space. Mark Downs was the answer. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice. Everyone loves the new chairs and it's a great addition to our space. I will definitely be back!

Mark Downs has great customer service and a wide variety of choices in all price ranges. Donna was especially helpful but the whole staff is great. Highly recommend!!

I bought a very nice $350 chair and my 6 foot 6 frame unfortunately did not work with the chair which was obviously frustrating. I called the staff and they ensured me they would replace it and the customer service I received from Michael and all staff eased my frustration and helped me move on like this never happened. I will recommend Mark Downs to everyone after this kindness I received

Mark Downs was exactly what I needed when I was furnishing a small (2 office + small waiting room) therapy office suite recently. They had a great selection of really high quality furniture, prices were super reasonable and sales staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. There are very few office furnishing stores you can visit in the B'more area and this is perfect for those looking for a small number of pieces. You won't furnish an office for 20 people here but for a small suite, definitely visit Mark Downs!
