Vertical Files

We carry both Hon and Global vertical files. Global has added special ball bearing suspensions to all depths to include our standard 25″ in stock collection in two and four drawers, for both letter and legal sizes. With high sided drawers for hanging folders now standard the Global 2500 series is the best value for a quality vertical file.

Lateral Files

Lateral files are the most versatile form of fining system, allowing each drawer to hold letter or legal files. And where space is a premium with average depth of 18-20″ placement of laterals in an office is much easier. All our lateral files have progressive heavy duty ball bearing suspensions to offer lifetime of effortless use.

Wood Files

Wood tone files are available in both laminate and wood, but mostly as lateral files. Each desk collection has matching two tier lateral, and many also offer three or four tier wood laterals. Martin offers the best value when it comes to wood and again matches all their home furniture collections. Two and four drawer vertical wood files are also available, all have ball bearing suspensions for effortless use.

Filing Systems

Where high density filing systems are required we offer both stationary open or closed high density filing or ones on track systems that will slide to maximize floor space. Tiers can be stacked in most cases seven high letter or legal. Hon and Datum are our two main sources and some configurations are available quick ship. Through Datum we offer "Mobile Trak" system which combines high density filing with security and aesthetic features not found with anyone else.

Fire Proof Files
